SQUAD DAY 1 - Sunday 21st October 2007

The first squad day of the 2007/08 winter squad programme will be looking at 'Strength and Conditioning' the day will involve a number of practical workshops. These workshops will include a session with BOA Physiotherapist Paul Massey who will be leading a core exercise and injury prevention circuit and Sport Psychology Consultant Rebecca Symes will be leading a workshop on Sports Psychology. The day will also involve meeting the county event coaches and some practical conditioing specific to your event.
